Any babies not talking yet?

My LO is 14 months and she still hasn’t said any words. She’s never said mama or dada. Said baby twice and then stopped. Was watching TOTS and copied “wow” and that was once and since then no talking. I’m afraid she’s behind. My mom thinks she’s autistic.

Is she babbling? Like coming up to you and then chatting to you in her own language? If she’s doing this she’s still learning to communicate through speaking and learning how to form the correct sounds. She’ll learn to form proper words as time goes along.

Mine (3/23) is not really talking other than an occasional dada. He’s not really babbling but he’ll make these (adorable) little noises that I think is his version of language. Kind of like he’s happily chatting to himself. I’m not concerned yet but I’ll definitely want to discuss at his 15 month appointment if he hasn’t started by then.

My baby isn’t talking talking, but she will say only mama, baba, wow anddd that’s it lol. But she understands everything. When I tell her to wave she waves hi and bye, when I say give a kiss she blows a kiss etc.

My baby isn't taking either. He said wow a couple times bc my mom kept saying it up him but he hasn't said it since. I've been worried too
