Heart palpitations??

I am 13 weeks today and I’ve noticed I’ve been having heart palpitations. It comes and goes but it’s everyday. I am pregnant with twins so this is all new to me. 
I’m not sure if it’s anxiety because I do suffer from anxiety, but wanted to see if anyone else had this.

I had the same thing. Found out I am anemic (just during pregnancy) around my 30w appt and this can be a side effect. Maybe ask at your next appt?

I brought this up to my doctor, I was also tachycardic with my heart rate going as high as 150 just sitting down. 
Apparently, it’s “normal”.

Heart palpitations are absolutely normal during pregnancy!
Your body is producing extra blood and it can cause heart palpitations.
Bring it up to your doctor at your next appointment, but it’s absolutely nothing to worry about!

I would definitely bring it up to your doctor! I had the same thing around that time and would almost pass out. I brought it up to my doctor and he told me if it continues he will refer me to a specialist. My mom had a pace maker put in in her 30s so it was definitely something we were concerned about, but thankfully it stopped. Everyone is different with different medical history so I would bring it up!
