Coffee??

Anyone still drink coffee daily? I work 4am in the morning and I still drink 1-2 cups a day. I love coffee, and crave it even more now. is caffeine really so bad for pregnancy?

I drink 2 cups a day every day. I did with both of my previous pregnancies also and both pregnancies, deliveries and kiddos are perfectly healthy!

Anything under 200mg of caffeine is totally fine!
I believe 2 medium coffee falls under 200mg so you’re fine!
