All he talks about is music 😒

So my husband has been really into making music lately. He’s even turned our guest bedroom into a ‘studio’ for him to record in, and altogether it cost us about $800. He did this about 4 months ago. Ever since then, all of his time outside of work is spent in that room. He has people over all hours of the night recording, and all I ever hear about is music. He’ll record a song, and he will literally play it on our speaker in the living room on repeat for an hour or more. And now, he wants to go to an actual recording studio in our city to record an album. The studio charges $50 an hour. I’m like, wtf did we pay $800 building you your own studio for then?! It’s getting to the point where all he ever talks about is music. I’ll be trying to talk to him about something, and he’ll totally ignore me. When I finally do get his attention, he says ‘sorry, I didn’t hear you. I was thinking of lyrics’. At first I was really happy that he found something he was interested in and loved hearing what he made. But anymore, I just get straight up annoyed when he talks about music at all. He usually spends his free time at night in the spare room recording, but the other night I finally convinced him to just watch a movie with me. I look over at him less than 20 mins into the movie, and he’s typing lyrics into his phone 🤦🏻‍♀️. It’s driving me crazy. I’m sick of him having people over all the time in the middle of the night, especially since we have a 5 month old daughter. Am I overreacting?? Should I be more supportive??
