Opk how positive does it need to be
I haven’t had regular periods since my late miscarriage 7 months ago but thought I was ovulating this week (I always get like morning sickness when I ovulate) so started doing some tests. It hasn’t reached the end of the scale positive on glow but do I take yesterday as ovulation day? Desperate to have a baby and trying to do smep but not sure whether this is positive enough?!
