At home Doppler

At 10 weeks I was able to hear my baby’s heartbeat and now at 11 weeks I can’t seem to find it. I think I heard it for a few seconds but then it faded away so I don’t know if it’s because the baby kept moving ? I have an ultrasound next week but I’m just wondering if this has happened to any of you ladies ?
