Bell’s Palsy

UPDATE: it is Bell’s Palsy, and if anyone else is unsure where to go, I was sent straight to labor and delivery and was seen by the triage team there. Thank you so much for all your help everyone!

I’m 34 +5 with twins, second pregnancy. I woke up this morning unable to move half of my face. My ear hurts, taste is off and I can’t blink my left eye. Pretty sure it’s Bell’s Palsy.

My problem is, the ER at my hospital is doubling as a COVID ward. So should I just call my OBGYN and try to see her? Should I go to labor and delivery? Or risk the ER?
