Water breaking to Fill a pad or panty liner?

Just want to clarify, I’ve read on here that if you fill a pad in an hour it’s probably your water slowly leaking. Just want to make sure it’s an actual pad or panty liner?

Not sure but something I found helpful is my midwife told me to lay down for 30 min and then stand back up, if you get a little gush when you stand up it is probably amniotic fluid

I’ve only had explosive water breaks during labour so that is not very helpful for you. Good luck

I left a message for my midwife. The entire 3rd trimester I’ve had increased discharge. Today it just felt like a little more. But now I’m paranoid this entire time I’ve been slowly leaking. Oh anxiety

For me when my water breaks I can tell because my leaking don’t stop and it constant ! I’ve had a trickle water break and a gush water break
