Preseed/ needing someone to talk to

has anyone here tried preseed? I have pcos. and tried it this month my cycles seem to be somewhat normal after not having them for a few months my Dr put me on Provera in March to induce a period and I got a normal period in April and then we tried preseed this month and I'm hoping that it works. I try to track cp so I think I may have ovulaged this month but I'm not sure. for the past few days I've been cramping and I'm hoping its implantation but I'm getting discouraged  because I think its maybe cysts or something. I have not had an ultrasound to check for cysts in years. I'm sorry im just feeling discouraged. if I did ovulate I think according to my cp and my cramps around that time I'd be 8 dpo today but I'm not sure if I actually ovulated. I took a pregnancy test today and I know it's early still. The only reason I took one today is because of the cramping for the last few days
