Obese and possibly pregnant

Ugh.. I messed up and might be pregnant, I'm getting most symptoms.. but basically.. I'm over 300 pounds, I will be keeping the baby and I just wondered is it safe? Will the baby be okay? I'm not ready to be a mom, but I'm maternal, I have a lot of baby experience and somehow already love this baby.. despite not knowing 100% if I am pregnant.
