if you miss a pill...

I missed a pill three days before the start of my placebo week. I doubled up today, when I realized. I haven’t had sex in two months so I don’t need to be too worried, but will that delay my period?

EDIT: also, could it cause me to miss my period altogether? I’m sorry I’ve never missed a pill before, I’m very paranoid about it.

EDIT 2: sike lol I just had spotting, should I take the last active pill tomorrow or just skip it and start placebos the next day?
