I like my guy bsf a lot

So I’ve liked this guy for over a year and I know for a fact he likes me too,we’re both 17 almost 18 and we have hooked up a couple times. But then things with his family get complicated or I get caught up in something else. It sounds bad but my ex made me block this guy on ever single thing but at the time we were strictly friends and I made that clear with him. But am I dumb? Am I just imagining that he likes me back or what? I need help on what I should do or ask him.
