engorgement help!!!

I need help, I don't know what I should do😩 I breastfeed every two hours starting at 8am switching breast every time. My last feed is around 6-630. I don't feed again until about 4 am, and then start all over again at 8am. My right breast gets so engorged, and hard and painful at night no matter what side I stopped on last.. This has been going on for about a week. I thought by now my boobs would adjust and my right wouldn't make so much at night. But tonight, I feed on my left at 630pm and it's only 10pm and my right is already a boulder😩 I can't imagine what it'll look like at 4am. I don't want to pump because I don't want my body to produce more night time. Idk what to do😭
