Full ferning but negative OPK?

Lynn

So I’ve been watching for ferning and I finally saw partial ferning on may 18th and I tested again the next day and had full ferning. As soon as I saw partial ferning on the 18th I started testing with opks several times a day and still have yet to get a positive so I’m confused. I’ve read that after you see full ferning you will ovulate 24-72 hours later but I still haven’t gotten a positive opk which means no lh surge. Does this mean I didn’t ovulate? I’ve also been tracking my CM and I had watery CM for about 4 days but no egg white CM and now it has returned back to being a creamy lotion kind of texture. Has this happened to anyone else?
