Pay anything in advance or not?
Might be a silly question...just want opinions.
We are getting the bathroom redecorated.
The guy has worked here before and seems trustworthy.
He mentioned I might pay half in advance and half when the job is done...
I thought that is fine but was wondering what are your experiences?
