I had a pretty large chocolate cyst removed from my ovary in September 2019 (due to endometriosis). My ovary was consistently sore for months after, until about January or February. Since then, the pain is not as consistent and rarely bothers me. It seems though, that sometimes my ovary hurts during my fertile window. I assume that I'm ovulating from that side when I'm having pain on that side, as it doesn't hurt every single month.

Anybody else deal with this after having a cyst removed? Were you able to conceive from that side? Did it eventually stop hurting during ovulation time? It's really frustrating and concerning.
