12 days late, BFN Tests

Ok, I’m on cycle day 42 of a 29 day cycle and I’m at a lost for words. Lol no sore boobs, continuous cramping, food aversions, sensitivity to different smells, bloating. Like wtf!? I made a dr’s appt but of course because of COVID19 I won’t be able to get in until the first week of June. I’m not sure what’s going on but has anyone else experienced extreme late cycles like this?? I’m really starting to think I am pregnant but low levels of HCG. I really hope this is it as we have been trying to conceive for 5 years with baby number 2, we already have an 8 year old daughter. Please help!!
