Am I overthinking?

My boyfriend said goodnight half an hour ago but he's been active on his phone nearly every minute since then? Am i over thinking this or does he not want to talk to me?

Overthinking. I often tell people I'm going to bed and then I scroll around on Pinterest or Glow or play a few games until I fall asleep. It's not that I don't want to talk. I'm just trying to bore myself into falling asleep. I don't want to stimulate my mind with conversation.

Way overthinking. I lay in bed playing games on my phone until i feel groggy enough to sleep. I'm not trying to text or call people at thst time. This is my wind down process.
