Am I overreacting?

Okay so I have very large breasts. A size J naturally. After some time ive noticed lumps and nipple discharge and i assure you im not pregnant nore do i breast feed. I do have w children but never made milk. But anyways breast cancer runs in my family on both sides am I overreacting to be worried and to want to seek a doctor after its safe enough to not risk bringing back the covid 19 virus to my two beautiful kids? My husband seems to think so. I feel like hes acting like im freaking out when i simply said " this is happening and i think id like to seek a doctor when hospitals are more safe." He processes to say. "You're over reacting aren't you? You have larg breasts I'm sure it has something to do with that." But the thing is my breasts are swollen at times and the are red and discolored yoi can see purple and blue viens and the skin is very thin all over so its quite easy to feel said lumps along with the fact they are very sensitive and now with rhe nipple discharge only coming out of breast I'm a bit worried. Am I overreacting?
