Period ?? Blood ?? Pregs??

Can you bleed every month since sex and be pregs ? I've had my period for 5 months since I had sex and my period is 2 days red with clots . Can this be bleeding during pregnancy ? Or am I ok? I havent had sex in 5 months.

I get my period same week each month lasts 2 days , first day is heavy with clots then slowly is gone by day 3. It's mostly just 2 days.

He came in me but I took plan b. Not sure how the ovulation was or if I was ovulating or not but I was close or I could've already ovulated

It's not light at all. And can't be mistaken for spotting but I still worry I think it's my anxiety

I have no body changes and weight the same I actually lost a kilo. Or two.

My breasts are the same cup , no body changes at all.
