10 weeks dry mouth

I’m going insane right now. I’m trying to get an appointment with an obgyn but nothing. I talked to a doctor on teladoc and told me to talk with my obgyn 🙄 that was a bust. Idk what to do. My mouth is so dry that I literally don’t sleep anymore. I drink, pee, and try to sleep but can’t sleep because I feel like I gotta drink or pee. It’s a never ending cycle. I have tried ice, sugar free gum, green tea and dry mouth alcohol free mouthwash 🤬🤬 nothing is helping. Please someone help me..
