Ovulated but no BFP

So this mounth I ovulated. I have PCOS but this mounth I have the first possitive opk and a solid smily in my life. I also confirmed it with progesterone taken on CD21. Also I even know when I ovulated because at 42 hours after a possitive opk, at 7 am I was waken up by a sharp pain in my left ovary so I know exactly when I ovulated. I had sex each day before ovulation and once on ovulation day but 14 days later.. AF came!! :( What happened ? I was so sure that I will have a BFP this mounth because everything was perfect! :( I ovulate once a year or so and I am devastated !!
