Wearing sports bras during pregnancy

I have heard to wear sports bra during preg even if u r at home and wondering if people prefer this. I’ve heard that it helps with stretch marks and keeping things together. ( I know they r genetic but also just for overall looks in terms of gravity not taking over bc boobs r so heavy).

What do u do?
