Silent endometriosis?

Has anyone been diagnosed with silent endometriosis? Apparently you can have endometriosis without ever having the classic symptoms of pain. It can affect your AMH, FSH and fertility. I think I may have this and I’m currently researching doctors and clinics to try to get a clear diagnosis.
