I am having a second baby and I’m freaking out. I never done virgin birth before. Little help please

I've never had a virgin birth either! 
Sorry just kidding, I think you mean vaginal birth. I have a vaginal birth 4 years ago and a C-section this year with my 3 month old. The vaginal birth was a much easier recovery. I don't feel fully recovered from the C-section yet. 
You might want to look up VBAC or Vaginal Birth After C-section. I know it is a little different if you have had the C-section first.
