Please no judgement, we’re all women here and we all make mistakes, it’s apart of being human.

I have 4 kids, 3 of which belong to my first marriage which I’m divorced from, and another child which is share with my current relationship.

My bf and I been together for 5 years, he’s good to my kids. Anyway my ex husband pays child support every month ($360), and he owed back child support which I got as a large lump sum ($4000) from him during tax season. Anyway my bf has hooked the child support payments up to his account because I don’t work and I can’t have my own account due to me having to retain a balance of 1000 monthly. Every since child support as been coming in, my bf keeps it and says child support is to help with the house and bills. I feel that’s not right because my mother has been a blessing to us and has been pay our rent for about 4 years now because they’re pretty well off and wanted to bless me with that (I’m forever grateful to them). My bf pays the light bill, gas, & water bill. Which basically child support covers that part. Anyway he works at home flipping cars which is not a steady income. I’ve been really trying to not over react with him keeping all my child support money, but what can I do? If ever one day I leave him, will I even be able to get it back in court all the money he took from me?

I wanted the child support to put away for my kids, for their needs and to only be used for them.

Guys help me please with some advice!

If my kids need anything, my parents buy it for them because I have no money to get them what they need.
