Sharp pains

I am 5w3D and all of a sudden just experienced the most intense stop me in my tracks pain. It was a sudden stabbing sharp pain in my lower left abdomen and then when I moved it went over to my right and there was a couple there. It was so bad I could have puked and it gave me chills. It went away but there’s still this dull sharp pain on my lower right.

Any idea what this could be ?? I’m worried because I had a chemical and a missed miscarriage the last two years and I’ve never experienced pain like this before.
