37 weeks.. is this okay for now?

37 weeks pregnant with baby #2.. this pregnancy has been completely different than my last was 2 years ago. I’m having swelling, lower back pain that is getting worse, and just feeling blah.. I’m trying to keep up with my BP tonight.. I go to my OB tomorrow afternoon so obviously I’ll speak with him about everything.. just curious on my BP if I should call triage or just wait it out? I know they’ll just tell me to come in and be seen.

It sounds like pre-eclampsia. I was diagnosed with it and induced my bo was 165/105 .  I gained 10 lbs in 2 weeks and a headache so bad I couldn't see out of my right eye but I had low protein count in my urine. I would definitely call your ob

Honestly those numbers are high, I would call now. Can't hurt to be careful especially at this point.

Definitely call, they’ll more than likely have you go in & be monitored
