Depends on what the rules for our relationship are at any given time. 
Might be a kiss. Might be PIV. Might be none of the above. 
We’re always on the same page though.

If he has to hide it from me or wouldn’t tell me about it is cheating.
Kissing other women, flirting with other women, sexting other women, being on dating apps, and sex of any kind.

Only 1 rule we have. Dont do anything you wouldn't want me doing or that you have to hide from me. 
We have very open and honest communication. No judgement, no anger, no taking offense or taking things personally. It's helpful when discussing "don't do anything you wouldn't want me doing" because those parameters alone are quite vague lol.

If you have to hide it from me, go behind my back to do it, and it’s something you wouldn’t be comfortable doing if I were present or watching, it’s cheating.
Of course, there’s wiggle room in this. My husband used to hide porn when we first moved in together, but he didn’t hide it well at ALL! 😂😅 I have no problem with porn, so when I caught him red-handed, so to speak, I just laughed it off and told him I don’t care if he watches it, I watch it, too. He watched porn before we were ever together, and I never asked him to stop when we got into a relationship but he wasn’t sure how to bring it up. Other women might have considered that cheating, and it technically falls under my outline above. But because I’m okay with it, it’s not cheating. 
Now, if he were sexting a random chick or paying for phone sex, or paying a cam girl, or anything requiring interaction with another person / payment, that’s cheating to me.

I think each relationship has its own “ rules” boundaries. Learn each other and figure it out... porn is cheating in my marriage.. I also think emotional cheating is all too common
