Red flag?

After about 8 months of my boyfriend and I dating, he’s never posted me on social media. I know some people like to keep things private, but he’s never even mentioned anything about me at all. He also follows a lot of girls on Instagram for whattttt fuckin reason?? But on the other hand, I trust that he would never cheat on me but idk. I also don’t wanna be that insecure gf that makes their bf unfollow every girl cus I don’t want to make trust issues worse. He claims that he doesn’t care about me posting him (so I don’t anymore) since he doesn’t post me.

Also, the times I’m mentioned it he just says that he’s not the type to post & not to take it personal. It make me feel like a secret, but I’ve also met his entire family who I get along with very well. He’s yet to meet my family tho.
