Sleep/ fatigue suggestions?

I am 5 weeks 1 day. I haven’t had many symptoms but the fatigue and lack of sleep has been the worst! I am not sleeping well at night (I am usually a stomach sleeper so trying not to sleep on my stomach is hard). I wake up usually twice to pee and sometimes more for nightmares (which was rare before) or being startled awake. I’m just so restless. Then I am constantly tired. My only saving grace is that I am a teacher and am on summer break so I can take a nap most days. What have you done to help with the fatigue and sleep struggles? (I hate coffee so I won’t even have a small cup which is what most people have told me)
