Staying calm while ttc

Anyone have any suggestions on how to think positive, stay relaxed, stress free, calm, etc during your cycle? This will be cycle #4 ttc baby number two. I just had an extremely terrible/emotional weekend (two false positives last week and bleeding this weekend which made me believe I was having a miscarriage) that I’m trying to get over so I can go into this next round in a happy and positive way.

I’m open to hearing your tips and tricks.
