BabyDust TYB DISASTER!

The website babydust isn’t operating anymore?? We used the shipping chilled +TYB method and our donor used a microscope last time to see what the motility looks like after 18 hours on ice and he saw extremely low motility. This is our third cycle of trying and now babydust is just gone? It’s super sketchy. Their customer service email doesn’t even work anymore. Does anyone have tips for where to get TYB or what you used for shipping sperm? Has anyone had success with babydust? Thank you in advance!
