Painful Twinges in Vagina?

Does anybody else get random shooting pains in their vagina or uterus? Mine keeps doing it. It really hurts! I thought it was my IUD because I started getting the pains nearly a year ago when it was inserted. However now I am thinking that it could be nerve pain from my diabetes? Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah I do and I have endometriosis and maybe adenomyosis. It’s contraction like the pain and to do with the pelvic floor muscles usually. Also I couldn’t tolerate an iud.. but your body may not want the iud either.. if the pain is that bad try getting it out to see if it eases the symptoms otherwise talk to a gyno

Happens to me randomly too and I don’t use any form of birth control or anything. I thought I was weird for it but I’m glad someone said something and I’m not alone. I’m sorry my comment doesn’t offer you any help, but I get them too and they do hurt when it happens
