Child support ?

I haven’t asked my sons dad for anything at all he knows my son needs diapers wipes clothes etc but he doesn’t buy anything he doesn’t even check on him I text him a few days ago to ask if he would pay half of my sons daycare and he didn’t even respond I’m debating on putting him on child support but I feel like it will just be a big headache and he wont pay.

If he’s not willing to work it out between you to help support his child, then go for it!!!

Just put him in child's support. It just keeps it simpler and then you don't to followup and hound him for what he should be doing voluntarily.

If he’s not willing to help when you ask him then I would put him on child support. You need help and you didn’t make that baby alone! It doesn’t matter if he doesn’t want to pay, the government will take it out of his checks and if he doesn’t work, the government will pay you and he’ll owe them. If you genuinely need help, that’s your best bet because he doesn’t want to help but you need it.
