Little bump near valva (pregnant)

I am 12 weeks pregnant and I was washing my vagina when suddenly felt a little bump near my válvula lips, I’m worried I don’t know what it could be, I haven’t been sexually active since I found out I was pregnant, I recently got checked and everything came back fine. But now it’s been a week since I got checked. I’ve had oral herpes since I was young, could it be that it passed?? It doesn’t burn or anything it itches if I touch it to much and it looks pointy with a little white head. I’m worried and idk what to do or think.
