Which is better for in the nursery?

We just used a steel step trashcan we got at Walmart for like $12. Never had a single stink issue.

I’m getting the Ubbi for two reasons. 
1. It’s steel, not plastic. Odors stick to plastic easier. 
2. It doesn’t require the pail refills and will take a regular kitchen sized trash can liner or reusable cloth liner. This was the most important because I think the single use bags that come with most diaper pails are a waste of plastic. I cut down use on plastic wherever I can.

I've had them all.and ubbi is hands down the best cause its metal. The plastic ones will eventually smell through the plastic

I personally hated my daiper gene I didnt think it trapped the smell any better than a normal garbage. I still have mine but I'm not sure if ill use it this time around

I had one for both my kids, diaper genie for the first and munchkin for the second. By the time they’re 18m-2y old I had to get rid of it bc their rooms stunk so bad. But I did like having them in the beginning
