leftover discharge?

this is completely tmi but it’s been worrying me for a while so...

i have creamy, paste like consistency discharge almost all the time. i’ve noticed that it keeps coming back even if i...say scoops it out with my fingers. i discharge normally but this stuff is kind of like tiny bits of solids—white, soft—near my cervix and around my vaginal walls. i’m really self conscious about it is this normal? it doesn’t smell weird and there is no itching so i’ve factored out yeast infection.
