Follicle Question
I am starting my first iui cycle. Just had my third ultrasound this cycle. Have one on left side 14 mm (which doesn’t mater cause I have a left tubal factor) on right I have and 11 mm and a 10 mm( right is fine). My question is, if the all get further along will they all release an egg.? Thanks so much in advance.
