Double standard?

I came across this on my Facebook. This is someone I personally know, used for hang out with occasionally & went to school with. She posted this & it makes me wonder why some women think it's okay to post this? If a guy posted this all hell would break loose. As a rape victim myself, this just hit wrong for me. I dont understand. I know not all women do this, obviously, just like all men wouldn't. But what are your opinions on this??

*Edit to add* I definitely did report it when she posted it & most definitely don't hang out with her anymore anyways. Haven't since we've been out of HS which has been years. I agree with everyone. Also I wasn't saying it was okay for men or women to say this, because it definitely isnt. I just wondered why a woman of color (or literally any woman walking this planet) posting this thought it was okay when a man of color, a white man, any other literally any other race, etc would be absolutely beheaded over it. Literally no one should joke about it. Idc if it was "malicious intent" or not.
