Pumping bra - need recommendations

Dana

It is so frustrating trying to pump and not being able to take care of anything else including caring for baby. I’ve tried a couple pumping bras I found on amazon and it’s not much luck because they’re either not comfortable at all and/or difficult to get the flange positioned just right. Has anyone had luck with any pumping bras? Not looking to buy a wearable pump.

I liked the pink one from target, I don’t remember the brand but it’s by the pumps.

I believe mine is simple wishes. (the writing wore off from so many uses) I have 2 of that brand and I've had no issues. I exclusively pumped with my first for 6 months (like 7 times a day for the first 3 months). I'm using them now as I pump for my 2 month old. I don't know how anybody pumps without a pumping bra. After I had my daughter and she was in the nicu, I was in the hospital pumping for her with these bras. Literally the best. They're very adjustable too as your breasts get larger and you can take off the straps or put them on.

And it might just take some time learning how to put it on. I do it so fast from doing it so much. I put the flanges in the holes first, then I kind of position them on my breasts, then hold them with my arms while I zip up the front. Then I do minor adjustments just before I'm ready to pump.

Honestly I would ditch the pumping bras because I hated them and look into the freemie pump. They have just the add on pump parts for 60.00 and you can connect it to a Medela or a spectra. I use mine with a spectra and it’s a game changer!!!
