Protein recommendations please!!
I am new to working out and need some recommendations for good protein.
I’m trying to lose weight and have already lost 6 pounds but my doctor said 2 of the pounds I’ve lost are muscle.
So I need to find a way to get more protein in. I’m already eating quite a bit of meat... and I’m really not a huge meat eater. So I’m wondering if anyone has any shakes they like? And is it better to have soy or whey protein?
