New Momma Needs help!

My 2 mo. Old has been chewing on her hand, and she keeps having irregular naps. . Meaning that she is hard to put down for a nap. Most she has been napping is 30 min to an hour. I try to feed her because I think shes hungry when she does that but when I try to she'll open her mouth and latch for a minute and then she'll unlatch, turn her head, look around and seem un interested . So I firgue okay I guess she is not hungry, when I put her down she'll just chew her hand again? Is she teething?? Self soothing?
