Do whatever you need to, until you’re you again... I always plan to walk Wednesday mornings and I know how crucial walking is as I get closer to my due date. It didn’t happen. Instead, I woke up sore from yesterday’s upper body workout, pregnancy aches, rough sleep with vivid dreams, & all around somber mood.
So when I set out on my walk it was 85+ degrees, sunny and my mission was make it to the water. It didn’t happen either. Instead, I climbed the stairs to the tower.. stretched and took in the view & breeze. THIS - forgiveness🙏🏼. breath🌀. movement🧘🏻♀️. nature (aka remembering how small I am)🍃. These are the things that bring me back to ME.
