100% effaced HOW DO I DILATE FASTER?!

Currently 100% effaced (thinned out) but stuck at a 2 cm dilated. How can I start dilating faster? I’m so over heartburn, diarrhea, and the contractions that clearly are doing nothing.

Dilation will only move with true labor contractions. If you're having contractions and they aren't progressing you, try walking, sex, bouncing on a yoga ball, etc. If you can't get contractions moving closer, you may need pitocin. Good luck mama 💕

Dancing and walking alongside slow squats seems to help alot of women push labor along. Sometimes getting on your hands and knees and rocking back and forth seems to help too for some reason. Basically, get the blood flowing and your heart rate up. Congrats on your labor mama! Your baby will be earth side soon!!!! Good luck and I'll be sending prayers your way!!!!😊🌈🌻💕
