Leaking waters??

Hi guys, sorry for the TMI but has anyone’s water ever leaked/trickled instead of a big gush?? 
I woke up this morning to the sensation of something ‘dripping’ down my leg, so I shot up and went to the bathroom, I went to the toilet and when I wiped it was super wet (my discharge this whole pregnancy has been quite stretchy/EWCM)
I’m currently lay back on the bed to see weather it happens again but I just wanted to see if it happened to anyone else and if this is how it started for them? I’m currently 36+4, no pains except for cramping yesterday/last night

Definitely call your doctor. Lots of women slowly leak instead of a big gush.

Yes had this with my first ... I didn’t realize it was my water leaking at let it go the entire day finally called L&D went in and sure enough they tested and it was my water.. was admitted and had baby next day

This was how things started with my last pregnancy at 36+5 so probably worth getting swabbed 😊

You’re doing the right thing, lay down for about 20 minutes (with or without a pad) and when you get up if it’s still leaking/if your wet head to L&D. Most times your water breaks without having contractions but if it’s broken or leaking they’ll admit you because 24 hours about your water breaking baby is at risk for infection
