Pregnancy after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage today - it was my first pregnancy and I was cautiously excited. I knew something was wrong when the clear blue weeks test said 1-2 weeks when it should've been 3+. Confirmed with consecutive blood tests my HCG had dropped.

The physical symptoms aren't too bad (just like a bad period) but emotionally I'm terrible. I just feel empty, angry and disappointed.

I know MCs are commong but sitting here anxiously worrying that this will happen again. I have irregular periods - sometimes months apart so this felt like a fluke.

Does anyone have positive stories or getting pregnant soon after a miscarriage?
