Can triplets (men) have twins themselves?

Women determine the chances of multiples because it's usually based off of how many eggs she releases. So if twins don't run in your family, it lowers the chances

Good question. I THINK it’s based upon the female. I might be wrong though. She would either release more than 1 egg that gets fertilized or the 1 egg gets divided in 2. 
My older sister has twins but nobody else in our family does and I don’t think their dad did either. Could go either way I guess. 🤷‍♀️

It all depends on the woman. The number of eggs she releases determines number of children in that pregnancy. Because think of it this way — there’s thousands of sperm swimming towards the egg anyway, so it’s not possible for the male to cause multiple babies because otherwise you’d have a ton of babies at once. 
So if twins or triplets run in the females family, then they can have twins/triplets.
