Yes, and when it got to the point where I couldn’t function, I sought support. Wishing you the best. It can get better, but for me I couldn’t recover on my own.

No you’re not the only one. 
It can be absolutely paralyzing. I thought I could just deal with it but it got extremely overwhelming. I reached out for help and It’s been better.

Yes it's been almost a constant lately. 
I started therapy for the first time a few weeks ago and I feel like it's the one of the most positive things I've ever done for myself. The therapist is helping me understand why I'm feeling the things I feel. 
Don't be afraid to reach out for help. Hope things get better for you

Yeah many times and it sucks. Other times it was a panic attack which is scary.
