Is respect given or is it earned?
I feel that respect should be mutual between two people however I feel like there are aspects where it can/should be earned right?
I give everyone respect however there was a time that I had a manager at work that I did not get along with and she did not really respect me from the get go so the respect had to be earned as things were trying to be repaired after an incident
